What it is: The "rules" of your website. It is a legal contract between you and the visitor.

What it covers: Intellectual property (e.g., "You cannot steal my product photos"), rules for user behavior, what happens if there is a pricing error on the site, and which courts handle disputes.

Why it matters: It protects your business. If a user tries to misuse your website or claims a glitch gave them a product for free, your T&C gives you the legal right to cancel the order.
